Getting Ready for Your Visit Preparing for surgery
In order for us to provide the best care for you, it is very important that you bring the following items to your visit:
1. Please bring with you a list of all medications, allergies, past medical and surgical histories.
2. If you have any pertinent medical imaging not performed at an Inova facility then you must bring the images with you. This is very important as the doctor may not be able to properly evaluate you without the actual images.
3.You will need to bring your insurance card and a photo id. Any copays will be expected a the time of the visit.
4. We try to be on time but may run late. You may call in advance to check that the doctor is running on time. If you are running late or need to reschedule then please call us at 703 823 4066
