We greatly value your opinion. These surveys will allow us to improve

the care we provide to our patients. 

1. The results  will be tabulated and analyzed. This will allow future patients to get a sense of the performance of this office and Dr. Agolini. It will also allow us to continuously improve.

2. By trying to obtain an evaluation from every single patient that has had surgery, we hope to be able to provide to future patients an evaluation of Dr. Agolini and his office. This data will be based on hundreds of patients and should provide future patients a benchmark to compare Dr. Agolini.
